Went to Derby branch this morning and waited almost an hour to see an agent but had to leave before seeing anyone.

We called in yesterday as my elderly mum had some issues with her account. The female member of staff was extremely helpful. It was quite a complex problem to us but it was dealt with compassion, patience, understanding and humour. We were very satisfied with the service and the fact that the issues had been successfully resolved. Thank you!

Closes at 3pm on a week day? The branch in Chesterfield is open until 4:30, which is still too early to close in a modern society. They say you can pay cheques in using the app but the app has been hacked at least once that I know of so I don't use it.

Called in today as it is now the only branch in Derby city centre. There are only two counters, both were staffed. One finished serving a customer and proceeded to faff about and ignore the queue for a good five minutes. When he finally got around to serving he should not have bothered! I only wanted £20 cash, a £10 note and ten £1 coins, not really difficult. He didn't have any £1 coins in his till, what sort of a bank does not have £1 coins in the till. Very, very disappointed.

Very disappointed. Tried to open a business account through the phone twice and visited in person once. Was not told crucial information until I've taken time off work and visited them for the second time to open the account. Banked with them personally for many years, disgusted by the completely lack of respect for their customers' time.
