The new layout in this shop is awful
Things have been moved here and there. And I understand the need to keep things stocked up however the ways the cagers are left makes it very hard to get around.

This review is about the staff
I gave two stars because there is only two members of staff that are really nice
The others are pretty miserable
And don't have good customer skills at all!
They don't hi, talk to other members of staff on the till whilst serving me and totally ignore me and don't say bye or thank you.
Very rude
Acknowledge your customers!
I only shop there if everywhere else is shut
It's normally the evening staff
Especially the guy on the till today!

One star because they always stock up and give yellow labels out on the food but sometimes I can?t even get past because they bring out big trolleys that have a load of stuff on and they do get in the way I also spotted how many workers are around the store and not on tills they only have one or two people on tills and they make the line very long by putting one person on tills and the other stocking and talking to other workers

The security guard is very rude, on countless occasions I?ve been in store and on my way out he has made remarks and comments about myself or what I?m purchasing (I want to add it?s just normal groceries I.e carrots , bread ect) this has happened on numerous occasions, and frankly none of his business.

I live literally 30 seconds away from here \\u0026 most of the staff know me well enough yet I got there at 22:57 \\u0026 the manager would not let me in, even though I explained what I needed was URGENT (4 women urgent ). So NOT happy with that behaviour
