Sainsburys in derby's Derbion shopping centre is a fantastic place and has excellent customer service experience and quality care from management and colleagues. The security team are excellent and give quality care along with Sainsbury's management and customer service teams in an emergency. The quality of service is at a very high standard and management and colleagues also security help and support all customers and sainsburys colleagues. I love shopping at this Sainsbury's store. 5 star quality at its finest.

Disrespectful security guard. Harasses last minute shoppers and even shouts at customers. Bad manners.

Great range of goods. Everything from gardening, books, toys to extensive range of groceries. Even clothes on a separate floor. Brilliant value. There's an in store Argos too.

Possibly the worst Sainsburys in the UK !!!
For some time the only option was to serve yourself, but more infuriating was the total lack of assistance from the staff when something goes wrong, usually to busy talking to another member of staff.
Now today when I visited new fencing has been erected in store presumably to prevent shop lifting. When I tried to exit via the exit barrier because the item I came in for was out of stock a loud sirens sounded, not a pleasant experience.
Just a suggestion regarding security??. Maybe your security guard spends less time on video calls to his friends and more time doing his job and you wouldn?t need to fence customers in & heard them through gates !

The staff at the self-checkout were more interested in showing the Just-eat delivery guy the way to the staff room rather than dealing with customer problems standing& waiting at checkouts for staff.!!!!!!! DISGUSTING,get your priorities right.Empty shelves all week,What do you have to do to get a punnet of strawberry s,go to the countryside and pick them yourself.!!

My 2 sons came in to do some shopping and they were followed around by security the whole time they were there.
I hope the time he wasted on following my kids someone else robbed you blind. Absolute disgrace!!
