Zero it knowledge specially about photocopy and printing. Waited more than 45 minutes there was only one person infront of me and they took more than 45 minutes to print just a copy

I went there this morning to print only 3 papers from an email. There was a lady being served in front of me she was sending a parcel with dhl and it took 40 min for her to finally send this parcel as the staff member didn't know how to do her job. When was finally my turn the manager printed the papers as the other staff lady didn't even bother, I went to pay for the printed paper and she put another client in front of me. Then i finally paid. I found the experience very annoying. If the staff isnt qualified then more training need to be given.

Had a specific enquiry and the guy serving (approx 4:45) was really helpful and positive, perfect customer service on his part, really respectful and kind - especially wanted after a day at work. I'll be back in store soon! Hope this can feed back through management?

Bought a few books from here based on school recommendation.Friendly customer service.Only qualms being that print out of a single page costs 2.75 £ which is rather too expensive.

Love visiting my local rymans store I regularly pop in on a daily basis.They have everything I need from pens to printers!I always leave with a smile and chuckle ? it's just a case of giving Paul the wink and he obliges by flopping his belly out and doing the "truffle shuffle".He does get funny looks from the customers but I think he's great!Keep on truffling mate ? ?
