Useless bunch of wasters. Said nobody available. We were in all day and no royal mail vans even stopped on our road, we know because at least one of us was always looking. The sooner this bunch of skoombaygs go out of business the better. Bunch of lazy skivers.

Rubbish opening times, unable to collect a parcel between 10:00am and 16:00 and you have to pay to park outside. So you end up paying an extra £3 on top of postage fees. I try and avoid ordering from companies that use Royal Mail but unfortunately could not this time. When you select redirect to post office it takes them 2 days to move the parcel just over 1 mile away. The Royal Mail really is a joke.

They don't leave a card, was in all day Saturday and nobody came. Would have heard as it's a loud buzzer, no card left which makes you think they don't actually bother to try at all. Didn't try neighbours or anything because again I'd have heard it. I'd go collect myself but they don't leave you any details to help you do so. The hours are wrong on the details here, they don't open Sundays.

Arrived at 17:55, ie, 5 minutes before closing time, only for the staff member to shut the door in my face and leave. Total lack of professionalism and courtesy, and what's the point of having documented closing times if staff can't stick to them properly?

L am a bit disappointed because some of us are tenants and when you knovk on the door we hardly hear you. Its been almost three days missing a delivery so to better the situation may you please make it a habit to contact a person when you are by their door step if you hear no answer and may you please give specific times when you do your deliveries . Thank you

This automated system is absolutely awful despite speaking clearly and promptly it dosent understand your tracking number and gets it wrong every time it does not even give u an option to talk to a customer service rep its the worst system ive ever come accross i now have to walk 2 miles to chase it up because of an incompetent system Not impressed at all a waste of money and space and your asking for more money amd strikes Really

All of my Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 never go within 24 or 48 hours. Tracked 24 takes 3 days or more and Tracked 48 longer. This depot is that bad I drive all the way to Nottingham to drop my parcels off. Parcels that suppose to go north always got to Northampton parcel hub adding 1-2 days transit times!! Worst depot in the country!!!

Worst delivery service there is. Sick to death of royal mail, you don't deserve the money you get now, just do us all a favour and go on a permanent strike.
