Helpful staff, waited about 5 minutes in the queue. Then maybe another 5 minutes while the prescription was prepared. Explained the prescription to me as it was handed over. Would recommend

My mum had split her medication so I used the emergency prescription service with NHS 111 and Rosehill Pharmacy. The staff were really helpful and friendly and sorted out a very stressful situation, I'm so grateful to them!

Worst experience!Bought thermometer, which was not working properly. At one time showed 40 degrees and other second 33. And continued to work like this. Being health care professional , i knew this device is faulty.On return within 2 hours, i was told that its not possible. I even showed the results to them. Even the smallest of the stores offer return or at least replacement.Left the device at their desk to do whatever they wanted to do!Never coming back.I would go anywhere else except for this place.Pathetic service!

This is the friendliest most polite efficient pharmacy I have ever been to, they treat everyone with the same respect which not all or in fact not many at all. Old style customer service that you just don't get these days, please don't change a thing, thank you for your courtesy it does get noticed.A delighted customer.

The Pharmacist is really arrogant. I?ve been here a couple of times, along with other familyMembers and they are just so rude and unhelpful. They?re always ?too busy? to help or the answer is a ?no?. I?d try to avoid this pharmacy where possible.
