From being greeted at Reception by the lovely lady?? sorry I?ve forgotten her name?Wonderful?Another Excellent, thorough, personalised, Annual Consultation and future care plan with Davina with super aftercare consultation with Johanna in relation to lenses, frames, accessories. Great that I?m in the RP4 Scheme that I pay into through the year to manage costs; great to get discounts also as part of the scheme.The ophthalmic equipment is second to none, state of the art, client friendly and for the most part, comfortable - great fields headset; felt like a Virtual Reality experience in a way.All in all, excellent care, service, assessment and team who are second to none.THANK YOU
