Now moved to the top floor along with the kids section this must have the smallest men's section I've ever seen in a Primark. No fitting room on the men's floor either and on my last visit the fitting room on the floor below was closed too. Meaning a trip from 2nd to ground to try anything on. I felt like a bit of a second class customer.

first time i visited the derby store and it was like no sense as it was rhe closing time and the guard and staff was putting the staff outside like we are beggars even i asked to the guy to enter in the fitting room but he straightway saidno very rudely and

Went in today and the lack of toddler boys clothes was shocking and everything is hideous and over priced marvel or Disney stuff, the store is super messy and staff just stood around talking. Then there?s the fact the entire shop is self serve aside from 2 people on normal tills. Clothes shopping is meant to be a luxury it shouldn?t feel like you?re at work having to scan and bag your own clothes. If I want to self serve I?d shop online which is why now I?ll be using places like shein or boohoo for cheap clothes as it requires less effort.

I've always loved primark but today I've been to exchange a t-shirt that I got for Christmas and unfortunately I didn't have the recipet couldn't exchange it what I thought was a bit of a shame it not my fault that i didn't have the recipet as it was a gift so i thought that could of let me off this time but not only that the member of staff that I was served by and the manager that looked like she should be still at school was both very rude to me very poor customer service

Ok if you are a woman, go in here and men are top floor, tills closed no changing rooms.
Need to go from level 2 to ground, to try stuff on, only to go back to level 2 to get next size.
And the changing rooms you are greeted with woman only or any gender.
Thanks Primark for making males feel completely unwanted.
