Excellent. Will certainly be going again, the staff were very pleasant and courteous. I was delighted with my treatments, ought to have been going somewhere not coming home to housework but you can't have everything!!

I went in for wash, cut and blow dry and had the worst experience; she hardly cut anything off and I had to guide 5 times on where to cut;The blow dry was shocking; banging the brush on my head multiple times; and hair was flatter leaving than when I came in.She was just telling me her life problems & feel like I was robbed since I now need to go to another hairdressers to get an actual haircut.Do not recommend this place at all.

Highly recommend this hair salon. I got an appointment the day after phoning, despite it being the Christmas period! Communication from the team is great, beautiful salon and talented staff. My hair cut only cost £20, even though I had several inches off and some layers (went from long hair flowing down my back to a long bob). Holly is efficient, wonderful and knowledgeable. She made me feel confident, comfortable and looked after. You don't find prices like that in Derby!Love Astrid x

My mum went in yesterday just for a dry cut a young lady sat her down asked her what would she like done?..about an inch of the back and a tidy up everywhere else please, she didn?t do the back very good only spent a few minutes cutting it then she tried to take the apron off without doing any of the front or sides throughout this whole experience, My mum had to tell this lady what to do with her hair, now if she was a trainee fair enough, but my mum was not told, and she was not supervised and also its not my mum?s job to tell the lady how to cut hair she walked out pretty much with the same haircut and very Cross. She has mess the front up and still got split ends.
