Just had two night stay here incorporating a trip to pride park, the location for that is perfect! The staff were brilliant here, their attention to detail was amazing. To single one person out, Louise who ran the breakfast on a match day when the restaurant was absolutely heaving did an outstanding job.?? Really impressive people working here and we'd revisit in a heartbeat.

Room poor quality, during breakfast there no was milk or cups. Had to wait for breakfast items. Cleaners walked in without knocking during the morning. Wouldn't stay again

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was just what the DR ordered. My only complaint was I had a hole at the top end of my duvet cover to put my thumb ?? in. Didn't bother to complain. I'm sure they would have changed it. It should not have been put on in the first place. The location was good for us as it was near the venue

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wouldn?t say the shower was a power shower. I?m surprised they charged full price for breakfast as there were no eggs or hash browns and half an hour before the end of breakfast there were no pastries or croissants. They also ran out of milk and we had to wait while someone popped to the shop. Could they have popped to the shop for eggs, hash browns & pastries?

Rooms as expected with comfortable beds. Shower was a little dated. Food was reasonably good and decent choice.

Great rooms and staff, quiet location in the middle of a business park and only 2 mins away from a Sainsbury (for food and cheap petrol) and 10 mins away from the town centre...
Rooms: Great rooms, large and well equipped...
Nearby activities: Derby City Centre and Alton Towers is 35 mins away...

I?m usually premier inn fanboy. But this premier inn I would avoid, very slow service in the restaurant. Over an hour for gammon and chips. which I ended up cancelling as there was people sat down before me still waiting for their food to arrive.
Facilities are run down, only plus is you can open the window. No normal plugs by the bed. One working plug far side of the room. Can?t have the cheap plastic fan on and charge your laptop at the same time. Poor WiFi

Good value, usual standard from premier inn
Rooms: Rooms was a bit tired but comfortable.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was buffet style. Evening meal, not great, main out before starter and
food was cold, was late and had a bit of a wait.

Liked: comfy bed, clean room
Needs improvement: fan in room wasn't working properly, when you turned to max it cut out. Bathroom was a bit tired.
Unacceptable: ordered evening meal, 1 hour later no food. When asked, the lady hadn't put the order through the till so nothing coming, cancelled the meal and went to bed. There were a lot of people waiting as long as me, and the only table I saw get their order eventually had items missing off the meal. Staff were apologetic, not rude but when travelling for business you just want something quick to eat and to get to bed.

I want to extend a huge thank you to everyone at Premier Inn for the amazing customer service from start to finish. From the moment I checked in with my family last Sunday, I felt well taken care of. I was particularly touched by the cute graduation gift left in my room?such a thoughtful gesture, which I truly appreciate.
I will be recommending this hotel to everyone. Your exceptional hospitality made my stay incredibly memorable.
