I went into the Derby store today on London Road with my young daughter, arms full of shopping. The lovely manager, Amanda Nelson, helped us and showed me to the aisle I needed. Traditional customer service with a smile. Keep it up Poundland Derby. Thank you Amanda. ?

Started off having to get past staff standing just outside the door smoking. Went to pay no tills open
