They have no interest in being a post office, Disgusting service, they just want you to leave and just cant be bothered to help. Needs the post office section closing. Often tell you they are closed to when they aren't and post is often all over an aisle where anyone can get to it

My first time visiting this Post Office. I arrived at 7 pm to deposit money into my bank account and I was able to do it successfully with no issues!

I had a terrible experience at the post office recently. I went there to send a 9kg prepaid parcel, only to be turned away because they claimed they don't accept prepaid labels. I was directed to the main post office, wasting my time and causing a great deal of inconvenience. This inconsistency in their policies is frustrating and makes me question the competence of the staff. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service.

1/3 of a star! The two people behind the post had zero idea of what they were doing - besides how to sell stamps.I needed to pay for a postal order and send something to the DVLA and then pay the postage and postage on the return envelope. And they were trying to scan the DVLA form ? which didn?t need scanning as it?s not their document. It was as if they have received no training and no understanding of a basic service. I then went to another post office and received the great services.I wouldn?t ignore the 1.5 stars, please don?t go there - I had convinced myself that surely they cannot be that bad, but only to realise they are worse. THEY NEED TRAINING OR CLOSURE.

The other reviews are genuine. I don?t even know why this shop is even allowed to act as a post office when it clearly has no interest in doing the job.Went in, a lady was sat on the floor having been waiting for 20 minutes - and still waiting to be able to send off a parcel. The owner sat there with a paper sign ?closed?They told me to wait 15 mins I was like get out of here. Useless owner

Just Dropped a parcel off at this post office, the guy behind the counter informed me that the postal workers were on strike and I needed to bring my parcel back Monday, I went online to check and he was lying. I informed him that he was lying, he then grunted and took my parcel. Very poor poor service.

One of the worse customer service!I?ve been to this place more than 100 times, not once been greeted by the bald little boss man! He doesn?t even say hello back when you say it to him! He?s just so cold, dry and seems so arrogant! Thanks god he isn?t a looker! Although, a few times I?ve seen expired items on the shelves, I told him and the day after I came back I saw all expired items 2 for £1 by the till!! Lastly, the PostOffice doesn?t operate the way it should be! He stops the services and do and don?t they way he feels like it!

Shouldn't be allowed to run a post office because they wouldn't even accept my parcel. Told me to come back in a couple of days. I went to a different post office and they were happy to take my parcel.

I do used to collect my parcel there, but now they are not receiving them and at times it says denied access to deliver. Five of my parcels were sent back for some reason, but they advertise as a pickup point. Please if you don't want customers to collect their parcels at your shop stop advertising.
