Terrible had the mistake to collect a parcel from here yesterday. Never again what a miserable chap he is, nothing I did was correct for him, from proof of I.d. to my email and apparently who delivered it. Only wanted to collect my parcel. In the end just told him to send it back and i will reorder to collect from a different postoffice. He then decided to let me have the parcel.

It says you can deposit cash via this post office. I?ve just been into the store and been told this is only possible when certain members of staff are working. Wasted journey.

First time using this post office and post man that works behind the counter is quite rude.I collected a parcel and had my photo ID and he still asked for a bank card....now I understand that a photo ID is quite sufficient and it was stated in the email that they would require this.I always say if you are not happy in a career then do something abt and change jobs...he was off with a man in front of me too ....rated a 1 star because this is awful customer service and I would of given ano star if I could.Use this unfriendly post office at your own risk and if you do don't expect k8ndness,a smile or a than kyou

Just like many others, I've been at the receiving end of condescension from a grumpy old man who clearly doesn't give a toss about good customer service.Actually told me that he doesn't care if I walk away when I asked about the receipt process at the end of returning an item.

I was expecting a parcel on 05/05 containing perishable goods. Instructions from sender were to leave in a safe place or neighbour, if necessary. At 18.30 with no delivery I checked senders website and found a tracking number and that at 15.30 parcel force attempted to deliver and ignored all instructions on the parcel and had taken to the P.O.(which is part of a convenience store) and that a card had been left!! No card and the P.O. closed I went to the shop to see if they could help. The proprietor was very helpful and called her daughter who came and retrieved parcel for me.

The man who runs the shop is beyond rude. Honestly hes so patronising and sarcastic. No need for it at all!!! Last time i go in there as everytime i go in there i dread it as hes horrible. Need to get some manners.

The Post man here is the rudest man ever! No idea of how to speak to another human being, especially his wife! That poor woman. He should of been sacked years ago. Will never step foot over that door of his shop ever again. The gentleman and lady in Wyndham Street shop are so much nicer and helpful.

Bloke who runs the post office part of the shop is extremely awkward and always makes it his duty to make the task of sending a parcel as painful as he possibly can, not worth the hassle and much better just to drive the extra mile and use the one on alvaston high street much much nicer people to deal with

The owner here is rude with an inflated ego. Zero customer service skills, zero communication skills. Tried to make small talk but he just wasn't interested. The minimum spend of card is £5! I don't think he is racist just the same poor disgusting attitude with everyone. I will find another post office to go to in future.
