Over charged me on postage. Ignored me when I asked why it wasnt a lower rate that I saw online. Even when challenged with the dimensions of postage she lied and said it was a large. But having returned home and checked online, it's clear she lied and over charged me.

Can?t pay coins in staff extremely rude I swear at my self when she asked how much was there just wanted pay the money refused to serve me, I will never use the post office again!!!

Very weird place with very weird staff who treat customers as an after thought for laughs. They take us for mugs and have a laugh on our behalf. They shut early and open late and do what they please. The man also lies about not having the parcel when it was there all along. My advice is do not go near this place unless you want to be treated with contempt

This post office is a disgrace! Change the staff ASAP! They have a man who is rude and does not know how to do his job and it looks like he does not have good hygiene or takes care of himself and then they have an OAP lady who has hearing problems and gets annoyed if you ask for help - I shall make an official complaint to Royal Mail and speak to there supervisors to remove them from there positions and replace them with someone younger, smarter and more pleasing to the eye.

I was there this afternoon.The staff is so rude on the way they talk to people. The man is worse than the lady. People dealing with customers need to be patient and respectful. You are working in the wrong place if you have no patience and don?t know how to talk to people.

The man and the women the pair are so rude, sighs and rude manner I ever seen in a post office, might be the owners but they never give a good welcome, rude way of talking wish had the option to give them a few slaps I would constantly do so.Went to deposit money as was closer than the bank , lady got out of her chair when I said I want to deposit and sighed like I did something wrong to her then shouts card in the machine , felt so angry swear down.. close this or change the staff disgusting people

So online says they close at 12 on a sat arrive at the post office for 11 39 and it's closed. I ring and a female answers very rudely saying were closed. They close whenever they feel like it I've been so many times on a sat just before 12 midday and they've been open. They really need to recruite better staff and sort out there timing and stick to it.

Ordered $s to be collected after 11am wexarived at 12 to pick up shutters down... supposed to be open till 5pm... no way to run a post office... we had to travel to the next place available.. utter waste of time.. they had my phone number so they could of messaged me at any point to tell me they were closing early..

I had bad experience.the guy was abusive and racist while I just ask him for normal customer service. Because of him I had to go through real mental pain. Services was horrible.
