It took 1 hour 56 minutes for drinks, 3 pizzas and a children?s meal, so be prepared for a long wait if your eating here. Pizzas were ok. Very friendly service :)

We dined in for lunch this morning and we?re absolutely appalled at the service and attitude of the staff. We were offered no condiments and the food was barely lukewarm at most across the board. The staff were gathered around the pass and no food was making its way out quickly, furthermore one of the kitchen staff appeared to be wearing headphones which may have cause the delay in communications to the front of house staff. We asked for one of the pizzas to be taken off the bill as it was barely edible, we were instead offered a fresh pizza to be made but as we were in a rush to be in and out we declined this. No managers came to check and we weren?t checked on after the food was dropped off. Altogether not a great experience from one of our favourite restaurants.

After ordered the food, we waited for more than one hour, no one brought our pizza, but all other tables who came later got their food. No explanation from anyone.
It?s not the first time having this issue with Pizzaexpress, they just ignored people, no respect at all (probably their culture is racism). Such a waste of time. Disappointed and disgusted by their service. Would NEVER go again.

Pizza Express Derbion offers a delightful dining experience with its delicious pizzas and welcoming atmosphere. It is particularly family-friendly, featuring menus designed for children called Picolo Menu and an accommodating staff. Kids can enjoy drawing, mazes, and word-finders. We received exceptional service from Sasha, who was attentive and ensured our needs were met. Our favorites include the Pesto Pomodoro pizza and dough balls. Conveniently located next to the bowling alley and arcade center, it?s an ideal choice for parents with kids. It?s advisable to make reservations in advance.
Vegetarian options: Clearly marked vegetarian items on the menu with a ?V?.
Parking: Large mall parking and plenty of parking on the streets nearby. There?s a large NCP close by as well.
Kid-friendliness: Kids can draw, find words and go through mazes while hot pizzas are dished out.

Louisa was absolutely amazing with our birthday celebration! Did her best with out of stock items which obviously weren?t her fault, but she handled it well and was great! Food was good all around xxx

Went in at 13:30 today we where shown to a table fairly quickly and was asked if we wanted drinks we said yes and ordered the drinks the drinks come to the table and the waitress said I will be back to take your food order shortly approximately one hour later we had to ask someone if they could take our food order as they must have forgotten about us after our food order was took we then had to wait another 30 plus minutes for the food to arrive we then ordered deserts that where a little quicker to turn up we finally paid and left the table at 15:45 the service was extremely slow if you want quicker service I would look at going somewhere else.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access was tight a member of staff had to pick up and move tablets out of the way so we could get through to the table we where took to

Upon arrival, you are warmly greeted with a smile and seated. Beverages are provided, which were of excellent quality. We ordered a set meal, which included a starter of dough balls wrapped in bacon. These were delectable. We then had two main courses: a beef pizza and a chicken parmigiana.
My surprise was that the pizza came with a few beef toppings, which I was initially disappointed by, but ultimately found to have a pleasant flavor. The chicken parmigiana, however, lacked any discernible flavor.
Overall, the waiters were attentive and friendly, and the restaurant ambiance was pleasant.

The staff are ? amazing. The supervisor was very efficient, helpful and friendly. We added extra people to our booking and despite being mega busy he sorted it out .

Food was lovely but took 50 mins to arrive. Didn?t tell us about extra costs and serve was very slow. Would reccommend going to a different one.

Ordered pizza off Deliveroo, the toppings were lackluster, hardly any cheese and a thin bit of tomato sauce. Also it wasn?t even crispy. Overall a big disappointment for a restaurant rated 4.3 stars.

Came for a meal last night, our server (Sasha if i remember correctly) was incredible, she was so lovely and made us feel so welcome. The food was lovely as well, definitely recommended the pesto pasta.

Very welcoming from the get go I can't remember the woman's name but she had glasses and blonde hair she was very happy and smiley made me and my missus feel very welcoming and comfortable tipped her £5 at the end. She was excellent
