Wasn?t able to give a zero so it?s a 1 star. Very poor from them and they don?t care about the customers . I spent £70 on my screen repair . And within 2 weeks the Display is gone and I asked them for a repair and said it had not been done right .One of the staff said they?ll fix it for free but when I came to collect it they said they can?t and I need to pay . I have lost all my data and money . Wouldn?t suggest going to this place . It?s well dodgy and a waste of money .

Absolutely terrible! I went in to get my iPhones screen repaired after it had a few cracks in it, it cost me £80 to get it repaired with a 1 year warranty but when it came to pay the guy said they don?t do receipts so he could only offer a written receipt with the proof of warranty on it on a piece of paper, which was already a bit suspicious but I went along with it. Everything was okay with the repair until I got it professionally looked at after at another place to see how much it would be worth and they pointed out a few major problems that had been a cause of the dodgy repair. When I took the phone in for repair everything was working fine including the speakers and face ID and the only problem was the cracks on the screen however when I got it back after the repair the Face ID was no longer working and neither was the top speaker. A couple days after I went back to the shop and explained to the guy and asked for a refund or for them to fix it but even though I paid extra for a 1 year warranty the guy said it wasn?t their fault and that they refuse to do anything with it! I strongly recommend staying well clear of this place!

CROOKS! Watch out for this company - i took my phone for replacement screen. Charged me £60 and within two months the screen fell out. I tried to resolve and they accused me of breaking and it wasn?t covered or wasn?t willing to replace/repair. To add further when i went to pay for the original repair he insisted i paid cash and requested i went to get cash from the cash machine to pay! Either pocketing the cash or avoiding the tax man.

My partner went and took his phone there they give him a price we agreed then we went back for it we were shocked the screen was a cheap Chinese nock off it had a black strip at the top were it is supposed to say samsung we went to a couple of shops and they said they couldnt take it because the screen is broken and it is not on properly plus its not the right screen we went back the same day with the receipt and he said there is nothing he could do so now i have personally went to trading standards with my story and they even said that the phone wasnt at a good standard and they could se it was a dodgey job so we will be getting our money back bunc of robbing jokers typical

Took my phone to get the screen fixed - NO OTHER PROBLEMS WITH IT. They told me it would take 20 minutes, they took and hour and a half. The young lad was sat kissing and talking with his girlfriend the ENTIRE TIME and he has damaged the inside of the damn phone, either the battery or the actual board. I was fobbed off with lies. I was told to bring it back and they would fix it the day after, only to go back and have them claim no fault to the damage and to just reboot the phone. If I could give minus stars I bloody well would.

Great company, Very impressed with their their efficient service! Not only did they replace my screen but the quality was far better than the previous store who had attempted to repair my partners handset. Couldn't be happier with this service and would definitely recommend!

Shockingly poor quality and substandard staff: My girlfriend original iPhone 6 screen lasted 14 months, and when I had it replaced here the new one broke within 48hrs without any rough handling because they use off-brand, rinky-dink screens. When I went back to show them my broken screen, the guy shattered my screen protector, and then he said he?d do me a favour and give me a replacement protector for free when he was the one who broke it! Don?t go there you?ll regret it!

If I could I would give minus stars to those Jung juniors at the kiosk cracked iPhone screen I asked if they would change it for me they said yes only if I pay in cash I said no I?m paying with card they had a discussion very strange, then agreed changed the screen after 3/4 weeks screen started to change colours went back to the kiosk I explained too the they told me ok is not good screen this one we give you new one but they said if it happens again we cannot fix it again strange i said ok even though they should fix it again. Now just 3 months after same problem, but what I noticed on the second time I went for the screen repair they had either changed or damaged the bit where the charger cable goes it doesn?t charge well I thought it was the cable got a new one still they have definitely changed that part!!!DONT BOTHER GOING THERE.
