Come in the odd time, but today a new guy at the entrance did it for me. Very helpful and would not let me look for what I needed alone until we had found it.
Having staff like him makes the store, good service sticks in your mind and reminds me of shops 30 odd years ago where they really treated you as a customer who they wanted to spend money in their store.
Whoever employed him made a good choice. Its put Pets at Home Derby to the front of my mind.
