“Come in the odd time, but today a new guy at the entrance did it for me. Very helpful and would not let me look for what I needed alone until we had found it.
Having staff like him makes the store, good service sticks in your mind and reminds me of shops 30 odd years ago where they really treated you as a customer who they wanted to spend money in their store.
Whoever employed him made a good choice. Its put Pets at Home Derby to the front of my mind.”

The member of staff who served me (Andy) on the shop floor was extremely polite and helpful. Knowledgable on a range of products and he never once rushed or pressured me into a purchase.

I was served by Amanda at the till. Super friendly, polite and professional.

The only thing that I don't like is the tirade of questions you are hit with at the till.
Most people just want to complete their purchase and go about their day.

Also, the pets at home loyalty card doesn't actually benefit me in ANY way, yet I feel the staff are made to push for customers to be part of the 'incentive.'
It really does take away from a lot of the positives in the store.
