“I was helped by a lovely lady called Liv today. She advised me on a lovely shimmer body oil. There were none available on the shop floor so she nipped into the back to have a look and came out with one. Nothing was too much trouble. The lady on the till who I am assuming was the manager was also super lovely. Not very often shop assistants go into the back to have a look for products, Liv when above and beyond. Thank you x”
