Ordered a pizza. Halfway through eating the third slice, I pulled out a long black hair, as can be seen in the photos attached. Rang to complain and they offered me a free pizza next time & said they couldn't refund. I disputed this, and they then agreed on a refund.
No hair nets? No custom. Bye forever.

Absolutely shocking customer service! We ordered takeaway. Half way thru eating we found a hair embedded in the pizza. Called to tell them. Spoke to a lady. She asked if we wanted another we said no and she said she would send someone to come and collect what was left of the pizza and the hair.. this happened and when we called 20 mins we got nothing but abuse off a guy called haan? He put the phone down on 3 occasions on us. When I said his customer service was disgusting and I was trying to explain the situation his response was ?so are you? and the phone went dead! I am appalled that they don?t actually care about the customers when I work on customer service myself. We wasn?t abusive or degrading towards him. He also said we hadnt sent the pizza back yet it?s on my ring doorbell that they collected it! All he kept saying was call bak tomorrow at 9pm yet they are open 11-11? Disgraceful

After seeing videos on utube regarding the chicken tandoori pizza I'd thought I'd treat myself to one for my birthday today along with the chicken fajitas pizza and garlic stick total cost £36.00 and I can honestly say I was not empressed at all as the both pizzas had a 2chilli rateing but had no spicy or flavour what's so ever total bland only think I'd like was the garlic source and garlic sick to dip in the sauce which is exrta 59p each. Would not recommend unless you like bland food!!! And I wish as a customer we have a option to add extra spice to our taste as for the price papas pizza are overpriced. So unfortunately am not buying any pizza from papa johns again!!?

Having not tried this place before, we thought we would give it a go. We walked in and placed our order served quickly and took full advantage of the deals on offer. Got home and was very pleasantly surprised. Definitely will be using it again.

There was no communication between the restaurant and myself, I phoned to ask where my order was since they were close to closing time, no response on the phone and rang twice, if they had cancelled my order rather than accepting it then letting me wait an hour then cancelling, I could have ordered from somewhere else in the meantime. The tracking app also stayed on we are making your order, for the entire hour.Easy fix to this problem...Answer your phones and talk to your customers.Don't allow your website to take orders past a certain time.Don't accept orders if you do not intend to make them. If you don't accept them then I dont have to wait 3 days for a refund.If you want better pizza's I'd reccommend Zaza Pizza, it's right next to PapaJohns and actually cares what it's customers think. Honestly I liked PapaJohns before this happened. But not answering a phone that's no doubt in the kitchen is just plain ignorance. Not to mention terrible customer service.

I wanted a large pizza, but they refused to make me half a Greek style pizza and the other half pepperoni, they told me that the system does not allow it. I've ordered from any other papa john, they always made my pizza like this for 10 pounds, they never made excuses and refused.

Ordered from here several times. Was good the first time. Won't be ordering from here after our last order. They got my order wrong, didn't pick up the phone when called and to top it all off, I found a hair in one of the pizzas.
