An oddly designed shop experience. A weird hybrid between a traditional jewelery and a high volume shop. Queue at the side to get seen but sometimes they'll just talk to the people who walk up to the counter too. Ignoring you in the queue.Took a ring back to exchange and ended up coming away with the same size. Phoned up and their response was 'yeah that can happen'.Had to make another trip out at my time and parking expense. Staff member hands me another ring to try on. Was smaller than the size I asked for. Then she admitted they never had the requested size in stock. Mentioned when their delivery was coming in.I had to press for other options. I wasn't coming back a third time due to their poor stock management. Eventually she had the new ring delivered directed to my house.Won't be bothering again.

After queuing for 45 minutes to exchange a ring I had reserved I was told they had sold it and they hadnt any more of that size and I had better be quick to find an alternative by the 14th or my returns window would close. The assistant was dreadful, unhelpful and rude. What is the point of being able to reserve an item when its then sold on ? I made a special trip to the store to get it, incurring parking charges and more importantly my time to be greeted by this response. I had only reserved it the day before. PANDORA you are forgetting about giving your customers a good experience. POOR SERVICE, Staff who couldnt care less and a service that doesnt actually work. SHAME ON YOU.

Well after being lie to by a member of staff to say i had to buy off line so i did. for it to be delivered in a awful way left on my grass in the rain buy Yeovil ?. Then i order 2 items on click on collect to then 1 being cancelled ? a very nice lady in your store Daniella sorted everything out and i left very satisfied i would like to thank her very much very good customer service very polite ?

Friday 29th September we visited the Pangora store in Derby. The selection in the store is fabulous. At the moment, they have a great buy two and get a third free offer. The lady who served us was so professional and yet so friendly and caring. Her name was Amy she is a credit to the company.

You pay for an item using click and collect and yet they send you an email saying its been cancelled and then when you try ringing the store no one picks up the phone. I'm sorry to say this but pandora has become the 21st century version of woolworths & argos. I was also a loyal very happy 5 year custoner but don't think I will be any longer

Today I visited pandora. I didn't have anything in mind, other than what the person I was buying a gift for, meant to me.I was greeted by Sarah. She was so lovely and helpful, making suggestions on the way. At no point did she try to force a sale and seemed genuinely interested in being there.Sarah was quick to make a conversation with my young niece and the whole shopping experience was made complete by her.I made two purchases and had the returns/exchanges policy relayed to me. All of my questions were answere. Great service.
