Been today and I wasn't even acknowledged at the till. Speaking in own language whilst serving me extremely rude. Didn't even tell me the total amount of my shopping. No please or thankyou at all and no offer of a receipt . This to me spells out trying to hide prices .... not happy . The store is getting better organised in regards products but if you do not have great service its a waste of time .

Very rude customer service. Especially when you approach for myhermes parcel service. They find excuse. Returned 3 times as printer not working. Will not visit again. #myhermes
