Amazing place

A good clean space to live with little to no disruptions. The apartments are spacious and clean and neighbours are not disruptive. I?d advise not to live in the rooms near the elevators as you will be disrupted by the traffic. The view of the shopping centre is very scenic during the night and the little path pave a way right from your apartment to the shopping centre centre.
Rent is between £900 to £1200 depending on the landlord and whether you?d like a single bedroom or two. Parking spaces are an additional fee of £50 a month (which is convenient for the price).
Would be better if there were rubbish chutes on each floor. The gym and public space is for residents only. However, the pepperpot restaurant and bar is open to the public (if you like paying £20 for some salmon? and if you?re and avid alcoholic).

Loads of issues like paper thin walls in the flats, insects in lower floors and many others. Support is very limited. As with anything, the build quality and design strategy will show itself in the long run of course. Parking is a joke. They issue fines even when you are clearly loading. No guest parking. Who has no guest parking at this price range?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS-
They block your comments once you actually tell everyone how it is. & the sales staff are even rude and incompetent.
1) there's no guest parking on site and the grace period is 15mins after that a fine of £100 is issued.
2) if you're a tenant & your landlord did not purchase a car park spot for an additional £10k (each property has a spot allocated with the apartments numbers on each space) you are not allowed to park there and will be threatened and told you have to seek off site parking meaning you have to forge out extra costs for parking & leaving your vehicle miles away.
3) you can?t even rent out the space even though the property has a space but will be sat empty as it?s not been bought and you?ll be told by the sales director that ? With the greatest of respect, our car parking numbering system works well - it only goes wrong when tenants who are not allowed to park on site?. But each property has an allocated space with signs stating that it?s the properties space.

the newly built apartment is getting dearer

The buildings and area are rich with problems and no support from anyone in charge. The parking is a joke with misleading information on how you get a spot from being lucky and have the right apartment or paying upwards of £10,000 for a spot on sight. Within the flats is a whole host of issues like water pressure issues, package stealing being rampant and a host of more issues all left to get much worse by a team that takes weeks of constant messaging to get a response let alone the problem solved. For the price of living the facilities are greatly lacking and the negligence on the property is outstanding leaving pot holes for months, water damage on several buildings, and a host of other issues.
If you want an overpriced apartment with a loving host of issues this is definitely the place for you, along with more issues such as deposits being taken to sweeten the deal.

Awful developers, cracks in the walls around the apartment blocks, fifty shades of white also. One of the main companies they use to sell the apartments lie to their potential clients by saying there is allocated parking for your flat when there isn?t

New builds and up market apartments. Conveniently close to the city centre train station and bus station.

Work is still ongoing on the site, but the homes that have been built are built to a good standard, and the layout of the site looks good. The public groundwork has been laid well and the retained old pepperpot builds looks to have been restored to reflect the old well while giving a modern and fresh new look.
