I recently visited Next Home at Wyvern Retail Park to purchase two armchairs for my elderly parents. I was seeking more information about the various fabric options and was fortunate to be assisted by Priya. For a young sales assistant, Priya went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an independent choice. She was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and provided invaluable advice throughout the process. Thanks to her expertise, I was able to confidently choose the right fabric for the armchairs. Priya also offered additional information about sofas for my own home, which was very helpful. She is truly a credit to the Next Home department. Highly recommend her assistance!

Wear uniform so people can tell who's supposed to be helping. The only reason I could see for not wearing a uniform is to avoid customers.
Click and collect is pointless if you just have 1 person doing all orders and making us wait.
Generally just facile and pointless and that's before I start with the condescending tone in almost every member of staff. I actively avoid next stores because of this.
