My family and I were buying clothes for a lovely family wedding. DEBRA needs a lesson in customer service; it was absolutely awful. Being in the industry, I can't believe you have someone like that serving your customers. I left half of what I was buying and walked out.

Went to attend a bra fitting that I booked via the website, got there to find out everyone who does bra fittings is either sick or off???? Why let me book and turn up & why not have sufficent staff trained? Waste of my trip including Derbion parking which is not cheap. However I can justify the sole star for the lady who did her best to locate someone

Really wanted to give 4 stars but i bought 2 lamps from here not long ago and one if them broke after 1 week i was guttered to be honest i threw the recipt away because i didn't think it would d be faulty but i paid on card i still havr the lamp in the bag to take back and a bank statement which says i bought it from. There with the date and time i will change my review if this gets sorted because under consuner law im entitled to a exchange or a redund if broken/faulty
