I?ve recently visited Nando?s once again, I always come to this specific one. Normally the wait time is always very long, usually about a hour or two. After you wait about a hour just to get a table, it takes about 30mins for them to make each meal! And after I received my food the chicken in the burger tasted quite off, just for me to find out it was red and undercooked. Let?s not also forget it?s stupidly over priced.

Went for a meal on Friday we and my Mrs ordered starters we ordered drinks aswell we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our drinks and we received our starters before our drinks which I don't think is right and I wasn't happy with this. The food all round was nice

The food is nice but unfortunately there is always items missing from the menu. The service is below par wity tables ofteb left dirty, people waiting outside for tables and with 3-4 empty tables inside. Always seems to be short staff.

Very, very busy, but that didn't compromise the service at all! All of the staff were working very hard. We were seated quickly and food came incredibly quickly and was amazing as always. :)

Chicken very dry and not cooked properly. Skin on the chicken has not been cooked and the chicken was very rubbery. The sides were great, but the chicken lacks quality. I?ve been to a lot of Nando?s in my life, but this one doesn?t seem to meet the high standards of the others. The chicken almost had an ?old reheated? chicken smell to it. I wonder if the people at the grill know what they?re doing.

We come here on a regular basis and thought it was time to leave a review. Always consistent and on this occasion a lady called Lucy served us and could not be more attentive to our needs. Service with a smile, and read back our order to ensure it was spot on. Thank you for a great experience!

Food was what you'd expect, but there was no service and took over 20 minutes to receive our glasses for drinks. They ran out of cutlery and replaced with very quickly rinsed cutlery to keep up, though it still had food stuck to it.

The food was great. However, drinking out of a dirty glass and using dirty cutlery wasn't what i expected from a high chain brand like Nandos.(Water stains or not, when your serving food to the public, cutlery and glasses need to be cleaned and dried properly to avoid coming across as dirty or water stained) You need to review your cleaning processes. When i go to the pub the glasses are never dirty "water stained" and there glasses get used alot more than yours.
