We had a terrible experience when visiting on Friday, I am allergic to strawberries and my husband asked the manager who was serving for the slice of cake without strawberries on due to the allergy and was completely ignored and given a slice with strawberries and was told by the manager ?I?m sure you can pick it off yourself ? DISGUSTING attitude towards allergies !! Do not visit if you value your health, terrible attitude from a manager no less !!!

The tall lady with glasses was incredibly rude and dismissive, talked back at my mum over whipped cream on a hot chocolate which we had clearly asked for repeatedly. Also I asked for a vat recipe at the til but was disregarded. Drinks were ok but the soya latte was burnt. Having been going for just over a year I won?t be returning

I visited this place on a Sunday afternoon and was disappointed with the service. Both the barista and the person assisting us appeared visibly irritated, rolling their eyes and displaying a fed-up attitude. The staff were unfriendly, and the overall service was subpar.

We went to muffin break for lunch. Food quality not great, had what was supposed to be pistachio cheesecake, tasted nothing like cheesecake, too sweet and not fresh. Also had the Spanish pigs n blankets with cheese, tasted awful, essentially a loaf of chutney, no bacon, bread dry. Finally wife ordered the turkey and trimming Yorkshire pudding. Again, not fresh, and bland.
Overpriced for a very low quality meal, only reason we went is for kids play zone.

First visit Chai Latte was ok but felt like I was doing the cinnamon challenge whilst drinking it. Biscoff cheesecake was lovely.

Partner stood at the counter for 5 minutes and got completely ignored. Staff proceeded to serve people behind her??? Poor service!

Unfortunately there is a high staff turnover which means the taste of my drink is inconsistent. Every week there is a new staff member and my latte tastes different from one week to the next. Sometimes it's tastes good, other time it's tastes horrendous, I find this frustrating as the price isn't cheap. Regrettably I will have to give this place a miss from now on.

Always crowded although there are a few international coffee brands near by.I have tried out their cookies which are really really good.Service is quick and friendly, the staff is probably used to the rush and is effective in quickly going through the order.They have plenty of seating and almost always it's full.Seems like a local favorite.

The service was quite slow, the lady didn't seem to know what she was doing. She could have been new to the job, not sure.Ordered large hot chocolates but felt cheated as the cups were only slightly larger than the standard, but expensive.We also ordered carrot cake and a scone with butter, which looked delicious. Although, it was ridiculously impossible to cut. It just fell apart and crumbled into tiny pieces. My husband gave up and left it.The carrot cake was disgusting!! The actual cake was moist and just ok, but what was supposed to be cream cheese was awful. Never again!We used to love going to Muffin Break, but after that experience, I think that will be the last time.
