Absolute legend of a shop, the two guys behind the counter are fantastic proper lads who enjoy gaming. No better sales staff than ones who have a passion for what they sell.
The prices in the store are very fair and at market value not like inflated costs in other stores around Derby.
We only buy pokemon things here and its the best store in derby.

if there's a store we need in 2025/6 this is it! top customer service. bought a ps2 today and they forgot the power brick went back into the store and they instantly gave me the missing component and apologised. amazing customer service and I will be shopping here for all my future games console needs. see you very soon mgx. one very happy customer.

So I went in to sell an bundle of games and they low balled me to £10 (all the old cods) but wouldn?t let me trade my 18+ games because I had no I.D. but that confused me I had no I.D on me so instead asked to see if I could buy those 2 18+ games. To my surprise they would allow me. So somehow without I.D I was allowed to buy those same two games that were 18+ without ID but couldn?t trade an a lot of 18+ games without I.D

Shocking I brought ps5 for my son he come mine Christmas Eve to celebrate his Christmas with me really happy he got a ps5 plugged it in set all up ready to play then cuts off unplugged and turned back on happened again rang the shop they can?t do anything till boxing now my son has no ps5 the shop is open so you would of thought they would do something about it they don?t care it?s for a kid for Christmas just want your money my son is now upset and so am I seeing him like this for his Christmas with me would defo not recommend buying from them

So, my Xbox Series X broke, so obviously I went looking for places to fix it. I contacted this place, but I didn't actually know what was wrong with it. It just wasn't turning on, so they told me to bring it down. I left it with them, and they contacted me the next day to tell me it was ready for collection. Upon collection, they plugged it in, showed me it worked, and told me if anything else ends up being wrong, it's under their warranty, so I could bring it back. Honestly, the customer service was great. I was really happy with how quickly it was fixed. And it was a reasonable price. If anything breaks again, I would definitely use them and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable, I asked about a playstation 5 slim console specs and what it includes, they gave me all the answers I need about purchasing it. I'm definitely buying one soon and also I asked about ordering games and etc. Anybody wants to get information about consoles or games I would recommend mobile games exchange

Went to sell some old consoles, all of the guys there were so friendly and helpful. Honestly could have stayed and chatted with them for a while! Great selection of old and new consoles, games and other gaming merchandise. Will 100% be coming back here.
