With the systems McDonald?s have, it should be pretty much impossible to get orders wrong but yet this store manages to do just that, the food always seems to be cold or wrong.

Not all McDonalds are the same. They range from poor to excellent and I have rated this one in the upper bracket. We used the drive through facility which was easy to use and didn't take too long. We did have to wait for our food but not for long and it was brought to our car. Everything was there and was piping hot and tasty. Friendly server brought our food to the car.

The food was pretty much as you would expect from your average McDonald's. Quite well put together. The fries were as soft and soggy as seems to have become the norm at franchise McDonald's outlets. The burger was nice enough.
Unfortunately hot chocolate was off the menu for some reason, but other than that the full complement of drinks was available.
The car park was quite full, but the restaurant seemed less busy than the number of cars would suggest. Perhaps more people are sitting in their cars to eat. It was surprising just how long it was taking for orders to be prepped.
Unfortunately, I saw several people going through the drive-thru using their mobile phones while in the queue. (The drive-thru exemption is strictly to make a payment at the payment window. If you are in the queue for the drive-thru, it is both illegal and dangerous to use your mobile phone.)
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility isn't too bad, if you are able to park in the accessible parking bays. All too often of late, people without a blue badge will leave their car in those bays. In fact while I was there on this visit, one such person was sat in their car eating a meal, despite plenty of regular bays being available.
There is an unfortunately positioned railing (probably to discourage youngsters from running into the road area) which means you have to make a couple of turns after crossing the car park.
If you have to park in one of the regular bays that isn't directly opposite the entrance, wheelchair access becomes a little less safe. The walkway around the building isn't necessarily wide, or unobstructed enough to accommodate a wheelchair, meaning you may have to use the road area. Drivers navigating the car park aren't all safe drivers, more than a few have a lead throttle foot, and unfortunately plenty drive around the car park while using a mobile phone.

Have never eaten here again since seeing them picking up burgers with their hands and no gloves/tongs. Manager reckons it is acceptable because of hand washing routines. Turned my stomach and couldn?t fancy any food there again.

I?ve been to this McDonald?s three times and this is the last time I will be dining here again! I am appalled with the way the management treat thier staff and don?t care for the emotional well-being of thier staff either! I witnessed a young girl sobbing this evening because of a nasty customer screamed at her. She was trying her best to calm the situation and make sure that this man got what he wanted. However I had to sit and watch this man scream at her whilst she was almost on the verge of tears. The management at this point should have stepped in and taken over their job! That is what they get paid to do! Manage a shift. The lack of respect really ruined the atmosphere and my severely autistic son was really overwhelmed thanks to the drama! Not happy at all! Management. Do your job properly and then maybe people wouldn?t be crying on your shifts. Disgusting behaviour! It?s not a wonder why there are hundreds of cases being put against McDonald?s and the way they treat thier staff nowadays! Disgusting

Service is hit and miss with the drive through, especially when it?s busy. We usually order for four people and they usually miss at least one item from our order. This has got worse due to it being so busy inside, usually due to the amount of delivery collection staff also being busy. This restaurant needs to be bigger to accommodate all the people that use it inside and drive through at busy times.

Just ordered through deliveroo it's not the riders fault the staff took too long to do the order the ice-cream has melted, and my food arrived cold I asked for large chips got a small with no salt on them and my cappuccino had no froth and arrived cold basically just bone idleness if they spent more time working and less time gossiping they wouldn't get a one star review

Ella on the drive through was amazing ? McDonald's definitely need to hire more of her! Excellent customer service
