Very rude staff! Asked for some dips when at collection window, was told 20p I asked to pay by card was told no you should?ve paid before or pay cash, I explained I had no cash but was happy to pay by card, lady said ?well not my problem then?

Would give it 0 stars if i could. Horrendous staff and customer service, got given the complete wrong order which we couldn?t eat and they wouldn?t replace it.

Awful management and staff. Manager seems to not know what he is doing and dismisses any complaints raised to him. The staff are highly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I waited 15 minutes in the queue, then was told to wait in a bay for a further 10 minutes to then having a member of staff DROPPING a bag of food in my car without one word and strutting off, could not even apologise or portray some basic human decency to a customer. Absolutely awful. Not to mention the manager who seems to allow his staff to act like this and clearly does not provide adequate training as I have read other reviews complaining about the same thing! Avoid this place at all costs.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way the employees at McDonald's Osmaston Park in Derby behaved. The staff's lack of professionalism and respect has made my experience nothing short of irritating. They constantly act impolitely and unhelpful, demonstrating a lack of customer service skills. Although it is a high-pressured setting, there is no justification for the obvious disrespect and dismissive attitude I have experienced. It appears that they are not properly trained in ethics or basic customer service.
In contrast to another dinner I had alongside my meal, I discovered food that had hair in it and appeared to have been tampered with.
Furthermore, there was FOUR employees vaping outside and gossiping while there was a queue of six cars waiting. I witnessed this when they told to sit in a bay where I had to wait for the food to come for over 15 mins.
The employees' attitude is atrocious and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. Go to the next McDonald's that's open instead.

UPDATE: stupidly used them again and they?ve taken double payment and claimed it declined when both in fact went through and now being incredibly difficult about giving MY MONEY back.
Two staff members brought out my order. One of which was carrying a single fruit shoot the other could have managed. Wouldn?t have cared about this alone we?ve all turned a 1 person job into 2 to talk to a colleague but neither of them even remotely acknowledged me when they gave me my food. Not a single word and barely even looked at me as they thrusted the food at me. Then every single item had ketchup on it. I?m talking the sides of the drinks. Inside the filet of fish box (no ketchup in said burger) every burger had 3x the amount of sauce it should have. The chips were like cardboard and no salt. The mcplant and mcchicken patty?s were VERY clearly off. They smelt and looks revolting. We literally didn?t eat any of the items and when we?ve reached of to customer service because the entire order (melted milkshakes and all) was totally revolting they have refused a refund. How on earth they think they are in the right I don?t know. I NEVER complain but there was genuinely not a good part of this meal of staff interaction(or lack there of) at all. Unfortunately going to have to go trading standards route if they don?t reply. The hygiene has sadly nosedived here. I?d avoid and the cottonbrooke road one also.

The App didn't work. So I couldn't make my order on the app, but service was great, food was very good and the atmosphere was quiet and serene. Customer service was good as the attendant tried to help with the app.
