Dear - oh - dear... Long wait at the drive through talker, queues building behind me, then another wait at the last window for the food. Nothing in the way of apologies for the wait. Breakfast muffin looked like it had been in an accident, tasted good though.

Avoid this branch if you can. I waited close to 25 mins for my food. All the food was stone cold. Don't waste your money.

Food took ages to be cooked no eating inside ,we used to eat here as a group of 15 but now have to eat in car not good .

First time I've to Mac Ds for a long time, my God....has the food shrunk ???
Not impressed, even my mate said...that's not worth the money. Fillet of fish, fries, chicken burger and a coffee...
Must admit going today reminded me why I've stopped using it...oh well as they say....very cloud..lol

awful.. no pancakes, no wraps, then waiting half an hour for 1 McMuffin meal. Staff are arrogant and rude, worst experience ever! I advise you not to go!!

Food ok. No option to order at counter. Since refurb has dull unfriendly atmosphere. Feels smaller and seating area less pleasant. Never saw one staff member walk round to clean a table despite continuous use. Waste bin full. Better before.

Our order number vanished entirely, had to wait around 15 mins for our cold food. This place needs shutting down, saw loads of people returning food as it was either not what they ordered or just plain cold.
