I?ve used this McDonald?s regularly for over 12 years and they can?t do anything right and refuse to vet the staff to be smart enough to be able to read. They don?t put sauces in the bag, even if you have added more to your order and paid extra. If you order through a delivery partner like Uber Eats then this branch of McDonald?s doesn?t double lid the drinks correctly so they will spill everywhere. This could easily be avoided by providing cans or bottles like KFC and Burger King. And often your order will be wrong like giving you 6 nuggets instead of 9. It?s like the staff lack the basic understanding of reading a receipt and looking at what is in the bag, which is primary school level of education for a child. They fail basic food service and customer service on every level. I have also seen staff inside the restaurant purposefully ignoring the delivery driver staff and not calling out orders even though the order is already completed and sat going cold on the counter.

Every time I go here it's always really busy. This must be a flagship store for McDonalds. Staff are working frantically hard to keep up with demand. Staff as attentive as they can be. Great store
Kid-friendliness: Yes there's a child's play area inside that consists of tunnels. And the usual tablets
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes at the side. Not the front there's steps.

Sort out your delivery service, every time there is something missing from orders, it's not hard to put food in a bag for god's sake.

We usually dine in or eat in our car because we like our food to be hot. We arrived, and it was extremely busy at the drive-through and in the restaurant. After about ten minutes, wait, our order disappeared off the screen so we went to collect it. We had a further ten minutes wait for our order to be put together. The young man doing this was surrounded by food and drinks. Our food was warm and the burgers had items missing. Whilst waiting I observed that the duty manager and the supervisor were engrossed in the production process so therefore could not see what was going wrong. E.g the order assembler. At times like this I wonder if people using old fashioned methods like ordering and eating in restaurant are what you want.

I stopped by for some quick grub and was told to park, as the food was ready, which is very common at McDonald's. The food came out quickly to the car, and after eating, I decided to use the toilet. I thought the door was open because the light was green, but it was locked, and someone was inside. I waited to use the toilet, and when I finally got into the cubicle, I encountered the worst makeshift door lock I've ever seen. I've attached a photo because, to be honest, it didn?t feel safe to use the toilet with that lock, let alone allow a child to use it.

Busy as usual but a nice cozy McDonald's with helpful staff. The food is as usual tasty and served hot.

I?m struggling here as I really want to put a minus in front of the one star I?ve given for service! Visited this evening at around 915pm, it was quiet but I waited over 20minutes for my order and watched an assistant literally take 10mins to sort my drinks whilst my food sat on the side going cold. Isn?t someone meant to get the drinks ready whilst someone gets the food together? The assistant constantly pulled faces at everything she was doing and it looked like she purposely went as slow as possible throughout making the drinks it was comical. I also witnessed bad language from another assistant and others moaning I can only assume about someone else that worked there! My food was stone cold by time I got home.
It was quiet inside so I?d have expected to get what was a pretty simple order fairly quickly.
This has to be one of THE worst McDonalds ive been in. Sort your staff out please!
