Great mcdonalds service food

I've chosen McDonald's over their competitors for 40 years. It was my first job out of school and I know the standards of food quality and cleanliness. On this visit, at this restaurant, though, I feel deeply dissatisfied: Although the food met expectations it took 25 minutes to prepare (I had only ordered a quarter pounder meal, from one of the few machines working - none of which had receipt paper), but far worse was the extent of food debris, packaging and serviettes etc across both floors and every table. One staff member began cleaning upstairs tables while I was there (2 others had walked through but ignored the state of the place), but as more customers arrived she made clear that she was doing so only in order to close that seating area, at 6:30 on a Saturday evening! The toilets were disgustingly filthy and unhygienic so I chose instead use nearby public conveniences. There didn't seem to be a shortage of staff so whether this is a franchised or managed site something was very wrong.

Had the misfortune of going on the evening when all of the delivery people were being prioritised over those there in person. This meant a long wait for food. Also, for some reason they make the hot drinks straight away and they're cold by the time the delayed food comes.

1 star, this place was filthy inside.
Low standards for cleaning.
The ceiling was leaking, and the toilet was disgusting.
Some of the self-service machines were not working.

Walked past but had to do a quick review. It's just so expensive. All the food is bland and generic. Lots of choice to eat in Derby so do what I did and walk past.

Ordered 2 cheese bite share boxes, a milkshake and a double cheeseburger to takeaway, got all the way home and the cheeseburger wasn?t in the bag. Not happy.

I?d rate zero stars if I could. Waiting 2 hours for food from this restaurant on justEat and when ringing the restaurant there?s either no answer or they answer and just simply don?t say anything.

Missing big mac! Rest of food destroyed by spilled drinks! A shoddy complaints system on user, can't get hold of you either by phone.
Since these establishments were franchised out the standards of food, training and customer service is nothing short of vile!
It seems to me the people at the top are lazy money grabbing individuals with little knowledge or pride.
I'm disgusted, eventually it will bite you and eventually you will fail.
Karma exists in business and you can end up with nothing over night.

Horrible; so many food delivery riders loitering around both inside and out. Not a nice place to sit and enjoy food.
Parking: Lots of parking for deliveroo/uber bikes.

An Asian guy was waiting in front of me and he said he had been waiting a long time. He got into an argument with a female member of staff and in my opinion she got irate and was much more verbal than him. The argument started again and other members of staff rushed to defend her. The Asian guy was told to leave and told not to come back. All of the staff were white and I found this to be a racial incident. If I was him I wouldn?t come back - the hash browns she had been cooking were barely cooked and in my opinion that?s no way to treat customers.
