I have visited this store countless times over the years and never had an issue. However today I visited to collect a couple of online orders. The keypad was not working so I was unable to enter my order number, I scanned the barcode but nothing happened. I then waited but nobody came. I went to look for a member of staff and mentioned I?d come to collect a couple of online orders, the staff member then told me she wouldn?t be able to get my order. She didn?t explain why. I told her that I?d had an email to say they were ready so they would be in the back. She reluctantly went to look and found one of my orders but said I couldn?t have the other one. Again no explanation why. At that point another member of staff walked past and I said I didn?t understand why I couldn?t have my other order, I wasn?t rude just genuinely didn?t understand how my order had been there a week already and I couldn?t have it. The 2nd lady snapped at me and said there?s over 500 parcels in the back the system is down and they can?t possibly know where mine could be. Maybe all the staff need to be advised on what to say to customers, we don?t all know that there?s been a cyber attack. The First Lady just needed to explain that and I would have understood. As for the Second lady maybe she?s had a lot of customers getting impatient about the issue but she shouldn?t be snapping at customers who genuinely don?t know what?s going on.

I visited M&S on Kingsway in Derby today to buy minced meat, but I noticed that several packs were spoiled and had turned black. I informed one of the staff members, and she mentioned that the fresh ones were on the top shelf.

Always a very pleasant experience shopping in this attractive, well-run and well-stocked store. Staff go out of their way to ensure they can be of service, offering a wide range of high-quality fresh foods, ready-made.meals, cupboard items along with some very tasty special occasion foods and treats. I doubt anyone entering will leave empty-handed. It's a rare joy to shop here in today's busy world!

This m&s has well stocked shelves and the bakery has plenty of options. All of the food is high quality but a little bit overpriced.

They have some exceptionally good lemon drizzle swiss rolls, strawberry swiss rolls, inhouse croissants, pain au chocolat, coleslaw , lots of cheese and a variety of other well made food items.Small store that's decently managed.Close to Derby city center.

Rude staff working here especially the older indian lady at the tills asking me for id so she can find who i am. Disgusting service. Shall not be returning here
