the food was amazing and the prices were really good aswell. Was only £20 to feed a family of four. The atmosphere was?not good the other customers in the ship made me feel so uncomfortable I probably wouldn?t go in to the shop again. Fast service and food was nice and warm when i received it. Cooked from fresh.

Quite possibly the worst chicken meal I've ever eaten! Obviously on a Friday night they think that everyone is drunk and will eat any old dried up chicken they serve and cover it with watered down ketchup!
It was served with a scowl too ?
Next time when I'm waiting for a bus I'll decide to wait and go to KFC instead!

I seriously don't understand these bad comments. The chicken is always tasty, the portion sizes are decent and the prices are super reasonable!

Price was average for derby. Portion was small for the price and pitta bread was from a packet not fresh. Took 90 minutes to deliver to DE1 postcode will not be ordering from here

Arrived cold with driver sitting outside for 5 minutes before coming to door , no wings with order and zinger burger was no sauce or salad , they never asked what I wanted in it so put out nothing in it , said will give me refund next time , 11 pound it cost and won?t be going back

NOT VEGETARIAN/VEGAN FRIENDLY. INCOMPETENT. WRONG PRODUCTS.Would review 0 stars if i could. I ordered the OG Vegan Bun from Chick'n'buns on deliveroo. What I received was real chicken. When I opened the burger, I immediately rang the restaurant to confirm it was infact vegan and was told 'yes it is vegan' and to 'check the website for ingredients' I then ate the burger which confirmed to me it was not vegan at all. I phoned back to complain and received an empty apology and an offer of another burger, which I declined as I do not trust them to provide the correct vegan item. I have not eaten meat for 15 years, this will make me incredibly unwell, I have already been physically sick multiple times and has caused a large emotional ordeal.This is incredibly incompetent.

1hr and 45 mins later still waiting for an order that said 40 mins. Was told several times the driver was 5 minutes away and the food did not appear. Very rude staff on the phone. Want my money

Brought chicken and chips last night, service was awful, chicken was tasty but within 30mins both my partner and I were vomiting, never having food from there again!
