I visited today looking for some new glasses, and although I didn?t purchase any from here, the customer service I received was great.The man on the front desk went above and beyond to help me find a pair to my taste, and remained patient even when I had tried on about 20 pairs and still didn?t settle on one. He was really willing to help me and I appreciate the effort he put into trying to find me some new glasses.

Brought two pairs of glasses from the Norwich store, within six moths both frames had broken , my husband took his back for repair and the screw that was replaced is too large and sticks out, my set has lost the screws twice, would not recommend .

Visited yesterday and was extremely impressed with the eye and hearing test and the service. Matthew and the girls were extremely friendly and helpful. They chose a selection of frames for me to try after my eye test, I so much appreciated that as always difficult trying to find right frames. I will definitely recommend and return. Exceptional service, thanks guys ..
