I absolutely love the products there!! They have such a wide range of scents and even flavours! They're customer service is impeccable, especially the person who helped me, Aman, she was incredibly friendly and helped me choose what I wanted very well. I often go there for facial products, especially since I often find trouble finding natural ingredient cosmetics and not only do they fight animal testing and most of their ingredients are natural, they really work! I recommend this place for cosmetics/ body care and relaxation products 1000%!

Great place to go for a bath time treat, this place is definitely stacked with all the scents you can think of, and some you can't. It's a shop where you can get gifts of just treat yourself, with knowledgeable staff that are so happy to help you will be looking forward to a bath as soon as you get home. It is a very Fragrant shop and I think that helps you decide what to buy, as the name suggests it's Lush with some of the products that could be mistaken for food lol. Needless to say if your looking for a quirky gift then pop in here, you won't be disappointed. If you likey review then please drop me a thumbs up ? for being helpful ?

I visited your derby store and was greeted by Aman who was welcoming and friendly. I needed a present for my friends 30th birthday and she was super helpful and knowledgeable and guided me to the right present. I even ended up buying multiple products for myself which I wouldn?t have done if it wasn?t for her giving me great advice. She is a credit to your store, thank you Aman ??

It's Lush, you can't go wrong with the variety of products that suit everyone's needs and tastes.\\n\\nThe store stocks most products that are on the website, for convenience. Well informed, friendly staff on hand to advise. Demonstrations and samples of products are available too, which is helpful to determine suitability.\\n\\nOh and you are welcome to fill up your water bottle on passing too!\\n\\nPhoto of a Lush massage bar.

A big thank you to Harry for making my experience of buying a gift a great one. Didn't have a clue what I needed but she explained to me what each item and their benefits were so I was able to pick the perfect present. Will certainly visit the Derby store again in the near future.

I like lush and smell of the entire store but sometimes you can meet there well creepy people â?â??? I understand there are all different people but sometimes you're just scared of them and its not ok.

Lovely open modern store that you can smell even from before you step foot inside absolutely beautiful products and smell so lush. Good for gifts and treats.

The products are great but it I always feel harassed to try things I don't want when in there. The staff seem to be trained to physically grab you to take you over to displays whether you want to or not. Only the 'service' doesn't feel genuine at all. A few times they've been in the middle of talking about the product while still looking around the shop for other customers to grab.
