Appalling service rude and unhelpful staff. Went to withdraw some money from the cash machine. The machine wouldn?t let me insert my card I then went to ask one of the ladies on the customer stand near the door if I could go up to the counter already being aware unless your getting more then £500 out you can?t go to the counter. I was abruptly told no and told to go and wait for the machine to come back on. I went back and gave it a couple more minutes but nothing happened so ended up leaving.

Alex lynam provided me with the best customer service I've had from any bank ever.We had a few obstacles to overcome in setting me up as a Lloyds Banking customer, he had an excellent proactive 'can do' attitude and solved all the problems/hurdles.He gave me his contact details and stayed in touch during the whole process.Lloyds Bank have got a real star here.I'm happy to be a customer.

Yesterday, I went into the Derby branch as I required 100 pounds in small notes so that I could give my grandchildren a treat. While I was standing in the que to see the cashier, a person from the bank came up to me and asked what I wanted. I explained, and he then said I couldn't go to the cashier as Lloyd's have a new policy for getting money from a cashier. I left the bank, not very satisfied. I went back and said I wasn't happy and was actually thinking of closing my account. The persons reply was yes, I can do that now. He had no compassion for my situation. When returning home, I went up to my local Lloyd's bank, and they explained the new policy and were very understanding of my needs. Someone from Lloyd's bank really needs to train staff how to deal with customers.

This bank is absolutely outstanding horrible people I loose my phone in which I ring to let them know and ask if I need to cancel my card as I told them that all my details are stored on the phone in which I was advised not to cancel my card and after this advice money was taken out of my account and to be told that even tho my husband needed to get to hospital to have his brain monitors check I got told that they wont refund my money even tho I was advised not to cancel my card and the bank thinks this is exsble and I've been passed to PULLER to post and one say one thing and another tells you something completely different so I would advise everyone to leave this bank as I'm taking this a lot further

Not my local branch, but really disappointed with slow service and long wait for service. I asked a simple question (at least I thought it was simple) to be told I needed to wait AGAIN to speak someone else. These slackers do not deserve my investment. Goodbye!

Ok, if you can actually get an account! Tried to get one for my kids, no Saturday appointments left this year. Close after dinner in the week, but the kids are at school and I'm at work. You have 14 days to provide documentation after applying online, but can't get an appointment for 3 months ? st Peters have 1 person for appointments on a Saturday, it's open 9-1 so about 6 appointments in all . Go figure ? gave up and gave my business to HSBC. Useless.

I just open new joint account with this branch of lloyds. I juat feel that their service is very astonishing as i been into several different banks they doesn't bother about their customer but not with this bank .one of their staff member Diane steven serve us very well as she is very polite generous and kind lady .i really like their service and recommended to all my family and friends.
