I ordered tower zinger burger meal and zinger rice box today at 11:00am , its so disappointing from kfc that in burger meal they missed burger from burger meal , i complained about that from uber but i didn?t got refund , its really below average service , its really will be my last order from kfc now.

Randomly got a craving for some KFC gravy. Given, it was a Friday evening but had to wait 20 minutes for my small order, got some entertainment in the interim in the form of one delivery driver kicking off and being escorted away by security. Another kicked off and was repeatedly yelled at by a member of staff saying "don't come back! Don't come back!"
The punchline to the story was that when my order was finally ready I was told there was no gravy, bit of a shame given I ordered a "*Gravy* Megabox" and that the gravy was the only thing I wanted, if they had told me earlier I would have ordered elsewhere. Not really the staff's fault but won't ever return.

Couldn't or wouldn't serv us at the till,we were told to use the kiosk.Explained it wasn't possible to request what changes we wanted to be smirked at and a shrug of shoulders. We were with our Grandaughter and we always treat her to kfc .
Staff were stood at the front doing nothing while the queue for the kiosk grew.
Sorry but no thanks! Had 5Guys instead kfc
need to train their staff in customer services

Unfortunately some of the staff are incompetent especially towards delivery driver's they are rude and they don't care about giving good customer service all staff are meant to be professional and courteous however the few bad pennies let down the rest of the staff and they fail to realise that without delivery driver's they probably wouldn't be in a job and we should be working together

I just like to say I am disappointed with all the new computer systems for ordering our food .I couldn't ask for no ice , it took me longer to work out and order my food than it would of if I had been served.long ques no service !!

Chicken is way too salty. I thought it was a one-time mistake the first time I ordered but all the multiple times I bought it, it felt like I?ve been eating whole salt with a sprinkle of chicken. Not good at all, and it?s peculiar to this particular KFC in city centre compared to the other ones I?ve eaten. Look into this please because I really love KFC but just can?t stand the salt, extreme. I haven?t bought in person before so can?t say about service and atmosphere.

Disgusting place the food is below standard ,and not hot enough to be served to the general public this place should have a food inspection, the manager is extremely rude and none receptive to customers and should be replaced emedeatly

On 2/3/24 I visited your establishment!! Never again will come back not until you get a new MANAGER!!She was rude and so disrespectful!!I work in catering! And know how stressful it can be to have rude customers!! BUT!!!Your manager needs to either be sacked or retrained!!! As I have NEVER experienced such rudeness!So we took our granddaughter as a treat as it was her birthday along with her two sisters and parents!We decided to have the family bucket which is quite pricey , but our boneless chicken was falling apart and didn?t have much of the spices coating on , so my son went up and asked if they could change it! To which the manager replied NO ina very rude manner ,, so my son who is not confrontational at all decided to come back to the table ,, so I decided to go up myself and ask ,, straight away she was defensive and she kept saying bring all the good back and I?ll refund you!! Which I replied I?m NOT ASKING FOR REFUND JUST THE CHICKEN TO BE CHANGED!!! But she point blank refused to do !! So I stood my ground and said I?m within my rights to ask for it to be changed as it is falling apart and looks like a bunch of mulched up chicken in the bag!!! So she snatched the bag out my hand and got me some new chicken which I thanked her for and asked for some serviettes and said that her customer service skills was shocking and she?s needs to be more polite to which she grabbed the serviettes off me and threw them at me!! I hope this is all on CCTV!! As who ever owns this establishment really needs to evaluate this as this isn?t the first time of witnessing this !!Please please please do something about this awful humanThanks for reading

Got boneless chicken and they were ok, chicken Wings were ok, but the big Wings Where not very tasty. The sauce(gravy) i got was not good. I asked for a sauce and got told they only had simple mayo and ketchup which is not good for chicken. After i ate i saw they had like chili mayo and stuff. Also i got hair beside my food. Overall a pretty bad experience. Some good more bad
