I had a boneless box meal yesterday and I became violently ill last night, approx 6 hours after eating said food. I will never return after this. That was the only meal I ate yesterday...I can see from reviews I am the second person in the last three weeks that has had food poisoning from eating here!
Avoid eating here, go to the one in sinfin, or just avoid KFC all together...

I?m absolutely positive that half the chicken is outsourced to local butchers.. Don?t trust this KFC restaurant! The flavour is so not like other restaurants. KFC need to send their quality control guys here and shut it down! Service is also beyond terrible! Dine here at your peril.

So out of the four times we have ordered for delivery through Über, 3 orders have been wrong.
WONT be ordering from here again, it?s already a bit crap that the food isn?t hot when it arrives but then to find something missing, or completely wrong witg the order is bad.
Just shows nobody can be bothered at this KFC.

Went to this kfc on Friday, 6th December, and ordered a zinger burger meal
I had nearly finished it and looked at it and a bit of it was pink and I thought maybe the seasoning had bled through it how wrong I was early Saturday morning was sick twice and also had to put it mildly problems at the other end as well
My ticket number was 1006 and although the server was good that was where it ended
How hard can it be to push a button on the fryer to get it cooked
All the fryers are on timers so should be idiot proof but not so at this place probably run by inexperienced staff
Never will I set foot in this place again
Be very careful about going here unless you want sickness and the trots

Fantastic Service and Great Food!
I visited the KFC at Foresters Leisure Park in Derby recently, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The food was delicious as always?crispy, fresh, and exactly what you?d expect from KFC. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service.
A young team member, Niamh, went above and beyond to make sure my visit was enjoyable. She was polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the customers happy. Her friendly demeanor and efficient service made all the difference. It?s refreshing to see such dedication and professionalism in customer service these days!
Overall, a fantastic experience. Big thanks to Niamh and the rest of the team for making it a memorable visit. Highly recommend this location to anyone craving some great food and top-notch service!
