Drive Thru is a total lack of any customer service or customer care. Arrived to see a handful of staff smoking outside the restaurant in full uniform and then the drive thru was awful. Not busy at all and I waited over 10 mins in drive thru and then when at the window hatch just ignored. No communication nothing apart from the odd glance at the window hatch so I had no option but to drive away. I'm amazed at the service of this place and the fact it wasn't even busy makes me think delivery drivers are priority and drive thru is last. Wouldn't recommend at all and the staff smoking in uniform should tell you the hygiene standards is questionable. Shocking.
In addition to your response I wouldn't recommend your restaurant to anyone and I won't return to you because it's not the first time I've been and come away stunned by the way it is run. Head office should seriously retrain all of you so you have more customer awareness and professional manners.

Service and food was excellent. Ricardo is a credit to your restaurant.
But, and it's a massive BUT - the fact you HAVE to order at the kiosk is ridiculous. When I was in there we're 2 other families struggling - if you want to order at the front - why on earth can't you.
