I was misled by a KFC employee and did not receive my 1.5-liter Pepsi when I ordered a KFC bucket that included it. This experience was disappointing, as I expected to receive the beverage as part of my order.

Just been and the guy put 2 full scoops of ice in my drink. Working at KFC before I know there is buttons for medium/large drinks - he stopped that so got a lot less.
Got the food order wrong as well, but also not been given a receipt so couldn?t go back. Guy at the window didn?t even say hi either, just shoved the drink/food out. Terrible.
Oh and bag was packed so badly one of the burgers had fallen out of its box?..

Worse Kfc in england food was cold and chucked together if the bosses at kfc eat there they would close it down!

Place was absolutely filthy, every table was dirty, floor littered with napkins, sauce pots, and water. Bags of waste from bins everywhere, and service very dismissive No Straws or napkins, but plenty on the floor! Mens toilets were disgusting, smelt and very dirty. Food average.

So much better than 9 months ago. Food was good, service was friendly and efficient. Still prioritising drive through over restaurant a bit too much, but they apologised for the wait.
