They Keep sending male carers for personal care to my 85 year old disabled mother which makes her very upset ( as she was abused in early life ) level service not the same from one week to next often late every 2 weeks especially at weekendsOut of hours poorly staffed often told things be sorted Monday when a weekendI understand it?s not an easy job but management really need to do better especially at weekends covering

Unfortunately it seems that people only bother to leave a review if they have something negative to say. I'm sure it's not always perfect all of the time but I feel compelled to share my experience. Care was provided for my mum since early 2022, she was 90 years old and had been diagnosed with dementure a year earlier. The carers have been nothing less that exceptional, the care was raised to a higher level about 4 months ago when my mums condition deteriorated and she became bed bound. Once again the team of carers were exceptional, caring for my mum with empathy and respect. Sadly mum succumbed to her illness and passed away recently. It was telling when I recieved calls from several of them to express their sadness and condolences. These were not just carers they were like family.So on behalf of my mum Raj, and all the family I would like to say thank you to each and every one of them (you will know who you are) and all the office team who were always respectful and professional.Ash. Absolutely shocking no care plan for my mum in place months after seeing her telling her it?s all done there phones turn up hours late for breakfast calls and the an hr later for dinner shocking company.
