One of my elderly, disabled, clients asked her carer to organise a home visit for a beautician to do her nails. The carer looked on the Internet and found a local beautician. The client wanted gel nail polish. Once the treatment was done, it appeared to look fine. However, the clients nails weren't cut, trimmed, or filed. The client had £40 cash. After the service, the beautician said the cost was actually £60. Once the beautician realised that my client didn't have enough cash, she called her husband for advice. The husband must have advised that if was OK to accept a cheque for £20 to pay the difference.Two days after the service, the gel had come off most of the nails on get right hand, and partially on her left hand. We have pictures as evidence.This is disgraceful.I would strongly suggest that you don't use this company as they clearly have no scruples. Firstly, they provided a poor service, and secondly, they took advantage of this vulnerable, disabled lady. Disgusting!

Had highlights my hair was orange. Not toned it. A disaster not qualified hairdresser. Had to go to professional to sort it out. Please don't just think its cheap and use people. You end up paying double to sort it out.

I have been coming to Muskan for afew months now and won?t be going to anyone else as she is very very good at waxing and neat and tidy, she also is very friendly and makes me feel very comfortable through the process. Will definitely recommend her to everyone in derby!

Muskan completed a full body wax, eye brow lamination and eye lash lift on myself at my home. I am really happy with the results and will definitely be using her services again.
