Ordered some wood to be delivered on delivery day we called at about 3pm asking where the delivery was as we are less than 2miles from the yard they told us it had been delivered well no it had not. At 5.30pm the called and told us it had been delivered to the wrong address and if the can find it it would be delivered today it has been delivered but just dumped on the drive no knock at the door to say it was here nothing customer service is nonexistent

There?s an old saying i am sure you?ve heard being in the trade jewson, time is money. Well you lost business and cost me time today, no wonder it was like a ghost town in branch. It felt like the guy behind the counter was dragging his heels just to wind me up. Ended up walking out. You lost my business and it?s not the first time you have provided a sub acceptable service. Ended up popping down to hews grey, the lads are great there and was in and out in minutes.
