Went to JD sports today and the service was great if you need anything sorting Noah is ur man he is literally the best he made my day I give this guy 10/10 he?s the Man U need anything go to him thanks Noah once again ??

Awful, abrupt and unprofessional service from a member of staff- I believe his name is Isa. I tried on a size 8 white air max trainers which I wanted to buy, I asked him if the trainers can be ordered and taken to the till. After 10 minutes I went to the till to pay for them but the lady at the till said they hadn't been ordered. The guy who served me was then at the till serving customers, I asked him if he forgot to order them but he didn't answer my question. The lady colleague asked him which trainers they were and she went to go in the back to collect them. After another 10 mins wait she came back with the trainers but they were the wrong ones. I had my 1 year old son with me who was crying and I could not be bothered to wait again. I left the store without purchasing the trainers. In total I waited over 20 minutes at the till for the trainers. A waste of a visit and a missed purchase thanks to that one member of staff

All staff working at the store on 11/04/25 from 5.30-6.30pm should all be fired. Absolutely useless, staff at the counter standing around, talking and joking amongst themselves - one of them was so clueless where he was he walked straight into me. Asked for a some shoes in a specific size to be brought so they could be tried on. No word of a joke or exaggeration it took near 30 minutes for these shoes to arrive after asking several times and the store was not abnormally busy. The store in Kingsway is much better, staff are more professional and better trained - save yourself a trip and don?t come to this joke of a store.

Honestly such rude staff at the till. As a customer I shouldn?t have to hold my tongue against a staff member at the till making faces at me and speaking to me as if I?m doing her an inconvenience. However I did speak to a male south Asian staff member in the children?s footwear section who was very lovely.

I visited with my uncle who, despite purchasing an expensive pair of shoes (after a very long wait for his size) was closely followed around the shop by one staff member and tended to by another who appeared to be bored senseless. An uncomfortable shopping experience, we won't return.

Today while waiting to be served in the Derbion branch, there was 1 girl serving but loads of other staff around the pay desk doing not much except chatting, 2 people were waiting, so the girl serving quite rightly asked another girl to jump in the till. The new server served us while hurling negative comments in an aggressive tone to the first server because she was asked to do some work!! Customer service and attitude in this store is appalling, has been for years and never changes. Cant really blame people for shopping online!!

Quality sports shop and quality products. Unfortunately everything is massively overpriced and unless your on 50k plus a year or don't mind spending over a ton on a pair of trainers then this isn't the shop for you.
Still can't believe they got rid of Bacon's shoe shop, now that was quality at a price we could all afford back in the day!
