“Emon, the carer from derby, looked after my dad with kindness and treated him with most respect till his final day. He’s such a kind gentleman with a lovely personality and a kind heart, we couldn’t have asked for someone any better than Emon. Please pass our thank you’s to him and I would recommend his kind and heartwarming service to anyone. Thank you Emon ?❤️”

“I have been with Helping Hands since May last year. I absolutely love my job here, I have being doing care for over 20 years and this company shines. We are so supported the office staff are very quick to respond when needed. The care manager goes above and beyond to make sure we are OK and supported each day. Training is excellent and through and kept up to date. I lost a few family members last year and the office and management were there for me every step of the way for me. I have a amazing run with amazing clients. I love to see there eyes light up with a huge smile when I arrive. Its not like going to work, it's like going to see my family. I would give 10 stars and more”

“Prestige are a great company to work for. The branch team are very supportive and helpful and the care workers are dedicated and compassionate towards their clients. All the team pull together to ensure the clients and their families recieve the best care possible. Rates of pay are good especially for complex care workers. Full paid training and opportunity to develop available. Weekly pay with accrued holiday pay is helpful too.”

“Radfield care have been providing home care for my Mother twice a week for the last three months. I’ve found them to be responsive, proactive, flexible and most importantly kind and caring to my Mum. She enjoys the company of a regular friendly face and has built up trust and friendship with her carer. The care provided is person-centred with my mum’s safety, wellbeing and preferences always at heart. A few months in we have had a review now and added different tasks to address mum’s changing needs - this has all been done proactively by Radfield, involving both me and Mum in an efficient but personalised and thoughtful way. Radfield have personally given me a great deal of reassurance and a peace of mind that my Mum is safe and happy on the days they visit. I love to read the visit notes on the app they use to see what she has been up to with her carer. I would happily recommend Radfield care to anyone looking for home care in and around Derby.”

“When grandma was diagnosed with Dementia, we were distraught. We didn't have the first idea of what to expect and what care grandma would need. What we did know was that she would need help and support around the house so that she could remain living at home for as long as possible, and that she would be frightened and lost sometimes when her memory let her down. Wellbeing's team of carers were amazing. From the very first visit our minds were put at ease and we knew that grandma was going to get the best care. Not only did they look after her day-to-day needs like washing, dressing, eating and cleaning, they looked after her mental wellbeing too with trips to the shops, out for lunch and to meet her friend. As grandma's care became more prescriptive, Wellbeing met every challenge with support and love. And what makes Wellbeing extra special is their openness, honesty and communication. They kept us in the loop after every visit. Amazing service, thank you.”

“I am a service user and retired general practitioner. At the Lichfield Branch, there seems to be a restriction in the sense that carers are either office or community based. In my experience this has led to deskilling, so may I suggest a rotation of office and community alternate weeks?”
