Extremely Disappointed with the Derby Branch
I had a terrible experience at the Derby branch and feel completely let down by the service.
I visited the store on the 10th to purchase 3 Pura Flex Collagen products. I was told only 2 were in stock, so I couldn?t qualify for the offer ,but then was charged for all 3, with a promise that 3 would be delivered the next day. I appreciated the offer at the time, but unfortunately, it went downhill from there.
The staff member entered the wrong address and even the wrong name on the delivery, which made it nearly impossible to track or verify anything when we tried to follow up. After waiting four days with no delivery, we returned to the store only to be met with rude, unhelpful staff who took no accountability and blamed us instead. There was zero apology and no effort to fix the mistake.
To make things even more frustrating, when I went back again to ask about my order, I was told they did have all 3 items in stock on the day I originally purchased. I was left completely confused and honestly furious .it felt like we were being misled or just not taken seriously at all.
I needed to start this supplement as soon as possible for health reasons recommended by my physio, and this unnecessary delay and stress made the situation so much worse.
Really disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care . I won't be returning to this branch agai

Beware of Returns & Exchanges!
I had a frustrating experience at this store. I totally spent 50 on a mix-n-match deal but was only refunded 30, even though their machine?s auto-calculator showed I should get 50 back.
The staff seemed confused?four employees gathered around, kept other customers waiting, took all my products mentioned in the receipt, and enforced an unclear, unfair return policy.
In the end, I was forced to take store credit against my wishes.
P.S. They treat exchanges as returns, meaning if you exchange a product for a different deal and later return it, you lose the value of your originally exchanged product. Be cautious!

Staff in here consistently ignore me every time I?m stood at the till, I find them so rude, they will look at you stood there and then actively ignore you.
I shop here everyday and it?s always the same.
What?s the point in three people stood restocking a section when they don?t actually want to put any sales through the till.
They make me feel like my custom isn?t wanted.

Asked a member of staff for help to find some products. She was really ignorant as if too much trouble. She never spoke just tapped on the items. Never again Ilkeston one next time where staff are very good.

The layout of the shop is confusing (not the shops fault, I know), you can get cheaper stuff over the app. Otherwise clean and accessible.
