I took my 10 year old son for an eye test as he was getting headaches. The optician was very thorough, made him feel at ease and explained what the outcome meant for him. She made sure he was happy with everything and that he understood.The dispensing with Julie was a pleasure. She was patient, knowledgable and let him try on as many pairs as he wanted to. A few days later, they were ready to collect and the headaches have gone! Highly recommend.

Not impressed. Glasses handed over with no fitting, one pair hopeless and appointment given for 2 weeks later.
