Only there for a business conference so didn't stay overnight.The hotel, conference room, staff and the food & drinks provided were all excellent.

AVOID IF VEGETARIAN / VEGAN / FOOD ALLERGIESOrdered room service1. Mushroom pie2. Plant based burger3. Vegan ice creams4. Grilled cabbageReceived:1. Chicken pie2. Suspected beef burger3. Suspected dairy ice cream4. £8.50 for a large probably Tesco cabbage that had been quartered, put on a plate, grilled and squirted with a bit of sauceCalled up to say don't think order is correct, they replaced the pie.Called room service a THIRD time to say "I really don't think you have given us the plant burger, the menu states the beef burger comes with pickles but the plant based does not, yet this suspiciously meaty looking burger has pickles."Called back to tell us "the pickles are definitely vegan" (great, thanks for that).Decided to just leave the burger as seems very suspicious, and feel like at this point I am being lied to.Left the ice cream as no clarification whether vegan or not.Mentioned everything again at checkout & we're told "we will pass your comments to the chef" (basically a polite see you later).We were charged for everything (£99 excluding tray service)Food & drinks: AVOID IF VEGETARIAN / VEGAN / FOOD ALLERGIESOrdered room service1. Well appointed, clean and efficient.Nearby activities: Well placed for the airport.Food & drinks: Very good buffet breakfast. Good to see poached eggs and black pudding!Noteworthy details: Good gym.

Great for overnight before or after flights, rooms are standard but the bonus is they have windows that actually open for fresh air. Plenty of parking, bar prices aren't bad. There is a pool and gym on site guests can access.
